Ms. Gail Raine-James
Human Resources Manager
Gail joined YTC America in 2014 as the Human Resources Manager. Prior to her role at YTCA, she held various human resources positions at First California Bank, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and XonTech, Incorporated. Earlier in her career, Gail also worked in project management, serving as a Program Administration Manager at XonTech. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands in California.
